About Antonio Forni

I have been working as a consultant and coach for over 25 years. I support SMEs/executives from manufacturing, IT, services, sports and retail as well as individuals who have specific plans in their life.

My passion is to support people and teams to get the best out of themselves. I not only work classically but also medially thanks to my strong 6th sense. That’s why my services are also ideal for highly sensitive people.

In order to achieve the best possible results for my clients, I have developed systems and programs. Be it for the optimization of SMEs or coaching for executives and individuals. These systems and programs bring demonstrable results and are characterized by their high suitability for everyday life.

I originally come from the manufacturing industry, where I worked in various management and executive positions for 14 years after completing my apprenticeship as a precision mechanic. I was also a coach in top-level football for 5 years, where I got to know the world of top-class sport.

I have in-depth knowledge of corporate operations and life in general. Therefore, I am the ideal sparring partner for entrepreneurs, management, executives and board members and all individuals who want to get more out of their life.

I also worked as a management consultant for several years and in international project teams with consultants from McKinsey, Accenture, PwC, KPMG and Capgemini. During this time, I gained a deep insight into the strategic working methods of various companies.

I have made it my mission to support as many entrepreneurs, managers and people as possible to become “Winning Forces”. In real life and in day-to-day business, there will always be ups and downs.
