ABOUT ANTONIO FORNI

I've been in charge myself. That's why I can see what you can no longer see from the inside.

Personal and business mentor for owners, CEOs, and board members of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Switzerland, the D-A-CH region, and Europe.

Antonio Forni - Personal and Business Mentor

SMEs can make a significant impact through a well-developed strategy, efficient organization, and the continuous development of their employees.

From an early age, I’ve been driven by this goal: to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a systematic approach they can apply in their day-to-day operations to gain a competitive edge and thrive as SMEs. To achieve this, I combine three key elements, because success stems from their combination:

Strategy

A vision that is current and coherent, and a business model that works.

Organization

Productive and efficient structures, such as those found in nature.

People

Leaders and teams who grow and apply what they’ve learned in their day-to-day work.

From real-world experience, not from theory.

My perspective is shaped by over 35 years of experience and more than 13,000 hours of combined practice in coaching, consulting, and training. I know from my own experience the pattern that many business owners go through. I know how quickly “things are going well” can turn into a blind spot that no one talks about because day-to-day operations leave no room for it. Five roles shape my perspective:

Management Consultant

I have implemented ERP systems in small and medium-sized enterprises in several European countries and have analyzed and reimplemented strategies and structures.

Trainer and Coach for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses

I have led workshops on personal and leadership development and helped people and companies grow.

Production Manager in the Manufacturing Industry

I managed the operation myself, with direct responsibility for personnel and the budget.

Top-Level Soccer Coach

I have personally coached high-performance culture within the team, and I hold a UEFA A license.

Instructor in Leadership

At the School for Industrial Support (SIS), I taught leadership based on my LEAD leadership program.

I haven’t just watched companies lose their leadership and structure as they grow. I’ve led myself, built structures myself, and sold myself.

Direct diplomacy. Clear on the issues, respectful in tone.

I say what I see, and I say it in a way that you can work with. Concrete, real-world examples replace consultant clichés; everyday language replaces technical jargon; and humor is part of the mix. When it serves your best interests, I’ll challenge you.

Profitability

Every action contributes to your results.

Customer Focus

I know the person behind the company and work directly with them.

Fun

I work with energy and humor, and my enthusiasm is contagious.

Integrity

I say what I do, and I do what I say.

Development

People and organizations continue to grow, even when they are already successful.

My approach is called the Winning Business System: 7 steps, organized in modules, with each module applied individually in projects.

Thoroughly trained.

Just as comfortable on stage as at home.

Public speaking is one of my strengths. I have served as a speaker and moderator at events, conferences, and SME workshops. Among others, I have worked with the Professional Women’s Group Basel, the Association of Swiss Paper, Cardboard, and Film Manufacturers, the Zurich Chapter of the Swiss Sales Association, and Business Network International (BNI).
